   Do you want to find a city to spend a quiet, romantic weekend in, but don't want to break your budget?  Skyscanner has an interesting new article that describes ten cities "where love is still in the air" and at price that you can afford.

   The cities range from Edinburgh, UK, to Helsinki, Finland.  Here's a small excerpt:

   Edinburgh (UK) – if you’re after a good value break, but still want somewhere very beautiful, Scotland’s capital is the place to whisk your loved one away to. Wrap up warm (a scarf and woolly hat are essential in February) and take to the cobbled streets of this romantic city.
   
   If the weather permits, take a wander up round Arthur’s seat for a bird’s eye view of the city, or stroll along the Water of Leith in Stockbridge, before stopping off in one of the cosy basement pubs that are characteristic of the city.
